- •4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- •2 tablespoons olive oil
- •3 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 lemon, zested and juiced
- •1 teaspoon dried oregano
- •1 teaspoon paprika
- •Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- •Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- 2In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 3Coat the chicken thighs evenly with the marinade, ensuring the skin is well covered. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- 4Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- 5Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not overcrowded.
- 6Cook for 12 minutes, then flip the thighs and cook for another 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and skin is crispy.
- 7Remove chicken and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- 8Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
