Ingredients

  • •1 lb ground beef
  • •1 tsp salt
  • •1/2 tsp black pepper
  • •1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • •4 slices cheddar cheese
  • •4 burger buns
  • •1 tbsp olive oil
  • •Lettuce leaves
  • •Sliced tomatoes
  • •Sliced pickles
  • •Ketchup and mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. 3Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties about 3/4 inch thick.
  4. 4Brush patties lightly with olive oil on both sides.
  5. 5Place patties in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch.
  6. 6Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. 7Add a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until melted.
  8. 8Toast burger buns in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes if desired.
  9. 9Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and condiments.
  10. 10Serve immediately and enjoy!
