Ingredients

  • •1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • •1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • •1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • •1 small red onion, cut into chunks
  • •2 tbsp olive oil
  • •2 cloves garlic, minced
  • •1 tbsp soy sauce
  • •1 tbsp lemon juice
  • •1 tsp smoked paprika
  • •1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • •1/2 tsp black pepper
  • •1/2 tsp salt
  • •Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. 1If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. 2In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  3. 3Add beef cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. 4Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  5. 5Thread beef cubes, bell peppers, and onion alternately onto the skewers.
  6. 6Arrange kebabs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  7. 7Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until beef is cooked to desired doneness.
  8. 8Remove skewers and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
