- •1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- •1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- •1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- •1 small red onion, cut into chunks
- •2 tbsp olive oil
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tbsp soy sauce
- •1 tbsp lemon juice
- •1 tsp smoked paprika
- •1/2 tsp ground cumin
- •1/2 tsp black pepper
- •1/2 tsp salt
- •Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- 1If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- 2In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- 3Add beef cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 4Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- 5Thread beef cubes, bell peppers, and onion alternately onto the skewers.
- 6Arrange kebabs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
- 7Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until beef is cooked to desired doneness.
- 8Remove skewers and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
