Instructions
- 1In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, mirin, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to make the teriyaki sauce.
- 2Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3Add chicken thighs, cooking 5-6 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- 4Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken and reduce heat to medium-low.
- 5Simmer the chicken in the sauce for 5 minutes, turning to coat evenly, until sauce thickens.
- 6Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top before serving.
